4 hours into a 12 hour trip from PA to SC, debris on I-95 caused us to have a blowout. Following our "adventure" to NTB less than a half mile down the road (check out that review..) where we received horrible customer service, we decided to go to the next nearest location which was American Automotive tire pros. Instantly we were greeted with great music, a nice smile, and excellent interpersonal skills. The gentleman working there was very friendly and commented on how we "rolled in three deep for a new tire" hahaha. He asked for the tire size and was able to acquire the uncommon tire that would fit my car. There were multiple customers in the waiting room but they were able to accommodate our immediate need and fit us into their busy schedule. Within an hour we received word that the work was done. Since I was in a bind I was concerned that some companies may take advantage of the situation and raise their prices. I was very pleased to find that this was not the case. American Automotive Tire pros charged a VERY reasonable fee, I believe this shows true integrity within this family owned company. I would highly recommend this Auto shop!
